1. Accurately executed basic and complex movements.

2. Accurately executed actions that are performed as quickly as possible or within a specific timeframe.

3. Precisely executed basic and complex skills that are performed as quickly as possible and/or within a specific timeframe in a constantly changing environment or in the presence of an opponent.

Therefore, if a player wishes to develop superior foot skills, it is recommended that they dedicate additional time to coordination exercises. Additionally, keep in mind that without relevant coordination and foot skills, playing soccer can be quite challenging and complex. However, with the right coordination and foot skills, soccer transforms into an endless festive experience, regardless of one’s skill level.

All exercises are intended to be conducted in a controlled setting without the need to pursue loose balls.
